Postage & Packing
We aim to post all orders within 48 hours. (2 working days) Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or via Evri requiring a signature.
Our postage is £4.95 per basket. Free shipping for orders of £75 and over.
Large items such as floor lamps are generally collection from store only. However, you are welcome to contact us if you would like us to get a quote for courier delivery.
Online Sales Returns Policy
You can return any Wildwood purchase to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt and examination of the goods we will issue a full refund. The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please allow up to 10 working days for the payment to show on your account.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, the return of earrings cannot be accepted.
Faulty Returns
If the product you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required.
Refunds will be processed on receipt and examination of goods.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
